Rules:

1. This tournament's purpose is to fundraise to support local gymnasts and to collect food donations for the local food banks.  The tournament is for fun and is non-sanctioned.  Players keep their own score. You will be guaranteed at least 8 matches in each event. 

2. In each event, there will be 3 sections of courts, separated by skill level. Please be honest in choosing skill level so that matches can be enjoyable and as equitable as possible. In each section, teams will be placed on courts randomly.

3. One registration and payment per team.  Feel free to register for as many events as you want.

4. Thirty minutes before a division's game play starts, teams can start to draw for their court and then warm up until it is time to start game play.

5. Teams stay together for the duration of game play.

6. Game play for each event lasts for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Each match is played for 10 minutes, regardless of how many points are scored. At the end of ten minutes, the team who has the most points moves up one court and the team who has less points moves down one court. In case of a tie, play continues until the next scored point.

7. Game 8 will determine winners.  King's Court will play for gold & silver, and next court down plays for bronze.

8. If you would like to make a change to your registration, for example, change your partner or modify your skill level, please do so using the Contact Form. Verbal changes will not be accepted.

9. The first 16 teams to sign up and pay will be registered in each division. Subsequent registrations will be waitlisted. We will do our best to monitor registration and change status to "WAITLIST" as soon as a division is full. If a player has paid and the division is full, they will receive a refund after the tournament has completed (hopeful that we can move them off the waitlist and they will be able to play). 

10. Gold sponsors will be able to get one free event registration ($50 value, not payable in cash) unless the event they would like to register for is already full. Sponsors should be sure to check the box on the registration form indicating that they would like to use this credit.

11. As of 11/1/2022, all registrations fees are non-refundable.
